解淀粉芽孢杆菌BA-12可湿性粉剂研制及对核桃根腐病的防治效果 被引量:26

摘要 为获得对核桃根腐病具有优良防治效果的解淀粉芽孢杆菌BA-12可湿性粉剂,采用单因素法和正交试验法筛选出对菌株BA-12活性影响最小和悬浮率最佳的载体和助剂及其配比。可湿性粉剂的配方为解淀粉芽孢杆菌10%,载体高岭土30%,湿润剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠10%、分散剂三聚磷酸钠5%、保护剂腐殖酸2.5%。主要性能检测结果表明可湿性粉剂活菌含量为1×10~8 cfu/g,湿润时间为40 s,悬浮率为79%,pH 6.72,含水率2.61%。稳定性测定中,菌剂对温度、酸碱、紫外光耐受性强,30~45℃、p H 6~8、紫外照射20~30 min均对菌剂影响小。盆栽试验得到500~1000倍稀释的菌剂为防治核桃根腐病推荐使用浓度。 The single factor and orthogonal test methods were used to screen the carriers, additives and their proportioning to obtain Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BA-12 wettable powder with excellent control effect on walnut root rot. The B. amyloliquefaciens BA-12 wettable powder prescription were comprised 10% B. amyloliquefaciens, 30% the carrier kaolin, 10% sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 5% dispersing agent sodium tripolyphosphate, 2.5% protecting agent humic acid, with the content of living bacterium was 1×108 cfu/g. Its wetting time was 40 s, suspension rate was 79%, p H 6.72, rate of water content was 2.61%. The B. amyloliquefaciens BA-12 wettable powder were stable under the conditions of 30―45 ℃, p H 6―8 and ultraviolet irradiation 20―30 min. The 500―1000 times diluents on walnut root rot was the recommended concentration in potted tests.
