摘要
缺血性心肌病的发病率逐年上升,严重危害人类健康,且可造成沉重的社会负担。缺血性心肌病治疗方法包括血运重建、心肌再生、改善心功能和心肌能量代谢。Apelin作为新发现的分子肽类物质,可改善线粒体形态及功能,有利于保护心肌。线粒体作为重要的能量供给细胞器,其分裂与融合的动态平衡是维持细胞稳态的重要机制,目前已成为缺血性心肌病治疗的新靶点。本文就线粒体的分裂与融合及Apelin在缺血性心肌病中的作用作一综述。
The incidence of ischemic heart disease is increasing in recent years, which brings serious harmless to hu- man health and causes heay'y social burden. Treatments of ischemic heart disease include revascularization, myocardial regeneration, improving heart function and energy metabolism. Apelin, as molecular peptides newly discovered, can improve mitochondrial morphology and function and play a crucial role in cardiovascular diseases. Mitochondria are major energy supply organelles, whose dynamic balance of fission and fusion is a significant mechanism for maintaining cellular homeostasis, which have become a new target for the treatment of ischemic heart disease now. This paper re- views the mitochondrial fission and fusion, and the effect of Apelin in ischemic cardiomyopathy.
