钼钨双靶X射线应用于儿童摄片的必要性和可行性 被引量:1

摘要 X射线摄片已经广泛应用于多种疾病的诊断,但是作为一种电离辐射,X射线在为疾病的诊治带来便利的同时,也会给受照者带来一定的辐射伤害,尤其是对生长发育比较活跃的儿童。但是目前并没有专门针对儿童进行摄片的X射线机。而针对成年女性乳腺的钼靶摄影,相对于钨靶摄影而言,可能更加适用于5岁以下儿童摄片。本文综述了X射线对儿童可能造成的危害、钼靶摄影的辐射剂量及其影响因素以及钼钨双靶摄片用于儿童后辐射剂量减小的可能性,以期为适合儿童的X射线机的研发和改进提供参考或借鉴。 X-ray has been used in disease diagnosis widely. As a sort of ionization, X-ray has provided convenience for the disease diagnosis and treatment, while it has also brought harm to people especially for children, whose growth is really active. However, there is no X-ray machine designed for children. Mammography can reduce radiation doses which has specialized tubes with a molybdenum target compared with conventional X-ray tubes. It may be more suitable for children radiography. The article reviews the harm of X-ray, mammography doses and its influencing factors, the possibility of X-ray machine reducing doses with molybdenum-tungsten target, in order to provide references for development and promotion of X-ray machines designed for children.
