高校二级学院内涵发展问题探析

Research on the Connotation Development of the Secondary College in Universities

在中国经济进入新常态背景下,社会对普通高校人才培养的需求也发生了新的变化,高等教育需要顺应这一趋势,进入新常态,从以规模扩张为特征的外延式发展转向以质量提升为核心的内涵式发展,高校二级学院内涵发展是高等教育内涵发展的关键支撑。本文在辨析二级学院内涵发展涵义基础上,围绕教师素质、学科专业、办学特色、人才培养、管理制度与学院文化等方面,提出二级学院内涵发展途径。

Under the background of the new normal of China＇s economy, the demand of the society for the cultivation of talents in universities has changed, so higher education needs to conform to the new normal. Higher education needs to change from extension development with the characteristics of scale expansion to connotation development with the characteristics of quality improvement. The connotation development of the secondary college is the key to the development of higher education. This paper puts forward the ways of connotation development of the secondary college around the aspects of teacher quality, discipline, school characteristics, personnel training, management system and college culture, etc. based on the analysis on the definition of the connotation development of the secondary college.
