高职院校学生宿舍文化建设的途径与措施研究

高职院校学生宿舍文化是高职院校校园文化建设的重要组成部分,是从思想和行为上对高职学生进行教育的重要载体,良好宿舍文化对学生的全面成长和成才具有潜移默化的作用,随着我国高职教育改革的深入,各大高职院校逐渐认识到了高职院校学生宿舍文化建设的重要性,宿舍文化建设的功能性得到了显著提升。在这个过程中,各大高职院校取得了一定的成绩,但是同时也出现了一些问题,本文研究高职院校学生宿舍文化建设的现状,分析在其中取得的成绩和存在的问题,探究高职院校学生宿舍文化建设的重要性,同时提出加强高职院校学生宿舍文化建设的途径与措施。

As an important part of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges, students＇ dormitory culture is an important carrier for the education of students＇ ideologies and behaviors, so good dormitory culture plays a subtle role in students＇ comprehensive development and growth. With the deepening of higher vocational education reform in China, higher vocational college administrators have gradually realized the importance of students＇ dormitory culture construction,and the role of dormitory culture construction has been significantly improved. In this process, some results have been achieved, but there are also some problems. Therefore, this paper studies the current situation and importance of students＇ dormitory culture construction, analyzes the results achieved and problems existing, and puts forward the ways and measures to strengthen the construction.
