摘要
课程改革呼唤综合素质评价的实质性实施,但调查显示评价工作在实际开展中却存在支持性环境欠缺、保障制度没落实,形式化倾向明显;评价认识存在误区、评价观念转变不到位,评价目的迷失;评价方法不规范、评价依据不足,评价负担沉重等亟待解决的重要问题。需要正确认识到这些问题,及时解决和完善。
Curriculum reform calls for the substantive implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation, but investigations show that there are various problems to be solved urgently in the practical implementation of evaluation, such as a lack of supporting environment, failure to implement guarantee system, obvious tendency of formality, misunderstanding of evaluation, backward ideas about evaluation, unclear goals of evaluation, irregular evaluation methods, a lack of standards for evaluation, and excessively complex evaluation. We should clearly realize the problems and timely solve them.
