Research on the University-Enterprise Cooperative Operation System for Postgraduate Education

目前,国家提高专业硕士研究生招生比例,专业硕士研究生人才培养向应用型转型,校企合作是培养应用型人才的有效途径之一。但是,校企合作的运行机制从功能角度来看例如激励保障、信息服务机制仍存在很多问题。本文从完全信息假设条件、非完全信息假设条件下的博弈角度进行分析,从影响合作因素、逆向选择问题方面出发,对激励保障制度、信息改进制度提出针对性建议,为专业硕士层次的校企合作运行机制提供理论依据。

With the expanding enrollment of professional degree postgraduates currently, the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates should be oriented by application, while universityenterprise cooperation is an effective way. However, there remain many problems in the operation system of university-enterprise cooperation concerning its functions, such as incentive guarantee and information service systems. Analyzing from the angle of game under complete information hypothesis condition and incomplete information hypothesis condition, and from factors influencing the cooperation and adverse selection, this paper puts forward targeted suggestions from incentive guarantee system and information improvement system, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the university-enterprise cooperative operation system at the level of professional degree postgraduate education.
