对高校学生党员发展和教育管理服务工作的思考

十八大以来,习总书记对提高党员发展质量和如何做合格的共产党员发表了重要讲话,他认为:理想信念是共产党人的精神之"钙",必须加强思想政治建设,解决好世界观、人生观、价值观这个"总开关"问题。高校学生党员是党员队伍中一个特殊的群体,是未来党的事业的生力军。解决好学生党员的世界观、人生观和价值观问题,不仅可以提高高校培养人才的质量,更有利于提高基层党组织的活力和战斗力。

During the 18 th Party Congress, Xi Jinping, General Secretary, delivers a keynote report about promoting the quality of Party members and to be a qualified member. He thinks, ＂Ideal and faith are the ＇Ca＇ spirit of the CPC members, so we must make our efforts to strengthen the ideological and political construction, and solve the key problem which is to foster a correct worldview, outlook on life and sense of values.＂ The undergraduate Party member, as a special group, is the main force of the Party. We think that solving the key problems can improve the quality of fostering the undergraduate students, what＇s more, can make a great advantage to strengthen the grass-roots Party organizations＇ vitality and combat effectiveness.
