当今世界正从数据时代走向大数据时代。采用新的视角,基于大数据对资助工作进行绩效研究,能够提高资助经费的使用效率,客观了解高校学生资助工作的成效,促进高校学生资助工作的科学化、规范化。通过数据模型的建立,对资助范畴的概括,学生参考系数的选择,以学生成长作为反映资助育人工作的成果指标。通过数据处理对比,以点带面地反映出受资助学生的成长过程,以及资助工作育人效果变化,得出可促进资助工作发展的通用性方法,以及建立资助工作绩效评估的模型。

The present world is transforming from a digital age to a big data age. To research the performance of financial assistance based on big data can improve the utilization of funds for financial assistance, help to objectively learn about the effect of financial assistance, and promote the scientification and standardization of the financial assistance. By establishing data models, summarizing the category of financial assistance and selecting student reference coefficient, students＇ growth acts as an index reflecting the results of financial assistance. Through data comparison, the process of assisted students＇ growth and the effect of financial assistance are reflected, so that general methods that can promote the development of financial assistance are concluded and a model for the performance evaluation is established.
