A New Psychiatric Rehabilitation Intervention:Solution- Oriented Model on Anti-Oppressive Social Work

反压迫性社会工作,在个体层面上,是解决当前精神康复实践困境的一种有益的回答。基于反压迫性理论导向的批判性反思(社会建构及充权视角),此文旨在明晰如下方面:第一,阐明中国精神康复的制度性设计现状与社会工作的内在逻辑以及反压迫性实践原理;第二,理清反压迫性社会工作的复杂性,探讨为何反压迫性实践应被视为专业人员所忽略的重要内容;第三,整合焦点解决模式与反压迫性实践框架,建构新的精神康复干预策略。

Anti-oppressive social work(AOP) for individuals is viewed as the answer to the predicament for mental health practice.Based on the critical thinking of the theoretical- oriented framework,this article aims to present the issues:first,illuminating the internal logic from institutional design and social work practice in the current status of the mental health in China;second,understanding the paradox for AOP social work as to why it should be demanded that has been ignored by professionals of mental health services;third,integrating solution-oriented model with the AOP framework for the purpose of the new strategy for treatment of psychiatric rehabilitation.
