摘要
调脾承气汤系宋明锁老师所创治疗小儿脾胃积热的一首临床验方,本方是在钱乙泻黄散、吴谦清热泻脾散等方剂的基础上演化改进而来的。举例介绍了本方在儿科领域的实际运用,所选病例从西医疾病分类学角度上来看差异性较大,但中医辨证均属脾胃积热证,这种病机发展进程中的共同之处,是中医异病同治的理论基础。
Tiaopi Chengqi Tang is created by Chief physician SONG Mingsuo in treating infantile spleen and stomach accumulation heat.This prescription is modified from QIAN Yi＇s Xiehuang Powder and WU Qian＇s Qingre Xiepi Powder.Clinic cases of different kinds of diseases of the same syndrome was introduced,based on treating different diseases with the same method in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
