化痰通窍方联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征42例临床观察

Clinical observation of 42 cases of children with upper airway cough syndrome treated by combination of Huatan Tongqiao Fang and point application therapy

目的观察中药联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征(UACS)的临床疗效。方法将120例UACS患儿随机分为3组,A组口服化痰通窍方,配合肺俞、肾俞、足三里、天突穴位贴敷,2次/周;B组予化痰通窍方口服;C组予氯雷他定分散片口服,雷诺考特滴鼻液及滴鼻2号滴鼻。结果 A组总有效率为90.5%,B组为86.8%,C组为75.0%,A组与B组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05),A组与C组比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。3组治疗前积分比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,A组较B组积分下降明显,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);与C组比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。A,B,C 3组复发率分别为9.5%,15.3%,22.5%,A组与B组比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05),A组与C组比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论化痰通窍方联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿UACS疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical therapy effects of children with upper airway cough syndrome（ UACS） treated by combination of Chinese herbs and point application therapy.Methods 120 cases of children with UACS were randomized into three groups,Huatan Tongqiao Fang was applied by group A matched with point application therapy,that is,Feishu（ BL13）,Shenshu（ BL23）,Zusanli（ ST36）,Tiantu（ RN22） acupoint were plastered,which was applied twice a week.Huatan Tongqiao Fang was applied by group B while children in group C took orally Loratadine Dispersible Tablets,Renault Courtney Nasal Drops and Intranasal 2 Drops into noses.Results The total effective rate of group A was 90.5%,group B was 86.8%,and group C was 75.0%.Difference of comparison between group A and B was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）,and between group A and C was statistically and highly significant（ P〈0.01）. Before treatment,there was insignificant difference in scores among 3 groups（ P〉0.05）.Scores decreased more obviously in group A than those in group B after treatment and there was a statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）.Comparing the scores between group A and C,difference was statistically and highly significant（ P〈0.01）.Recurrence rate of group A was 9.5%,group B was 15.3% and group C was 22.5%.Difference of comparison between group A and B was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）,and between group A and C was statistically and highly significant（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion Children with UACS was treated by combination of Huatan Tongqiao Fang and point application therapy effectively,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
