玉屏风口服液联合沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗小儿哮喘37例临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of 37 cases of pediatric asthma with Yupingfeng Oral Liquid and Salmeterol Assigned Aerosol

目的观察玉屏风口服液联合沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取2012年6月至2014年6月在我院就诊的74例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。对照组吸入沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂,治疗组给予玉屏风口服液联合沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂,观察哮喘的复发和控制情况。结果与同组治疗前比较,患儿肺功能指标均明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后和停药6月后与对照组比较,患儿肺功能改善显著(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗后以及停药6月后,有效控制率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂联合玉屏风口服液治疗小儿哮喘的疗效较单用沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗效果更好,且复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng Oral Liquid combined with Salmeterol Assigned Aerosol in the treatment of pediatric asthma. Methods 74 cases of pediatric asthma in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were randomly grouped into 2 groups. Control group inhaled Salmeterol Assigned Aerosol.The treatment group was given Yupingfeng Oral Liquid and Salmeterol Assigned Aerosol,to observe the recurrence and control status of asthma.Results The pulmonary function indexes of the patients in both groups were improved after treatment（ P〈0.05）.The pulmonary function of the patients in the treatment group was improved significantly than that in the control group after treatment or six months after treatment（ P〈0.05）. After treatment or six months after treatment,the effective control rate of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Salmeterol Assigned Aerosol combined with Yupingfeng Oral Liquid has better effect and lower recurrence rate than Salmeterol Assigned Aerosol.
