止泻运脾汤治疗小儿泄泻130例疗效观察

Observation of clinical efficacy on 130 cases of infantile diarrhea treated with Zhixie Yunpi Tang

目的观察郑家远主任医师自拟止泻运脾汤治疗小儿泄泻的临床疗效。方法对130例小儿泄泻患儿辨证运用止泻运脾汤进行加减治疗,观察其临床疗效。结果痊愈113例,占86.92%;好转15例,占11.54%;无效2例,占1.54%;总有效率为98.46%。治疗过程中未发现不良反应。结论止泻运脾汤能有效治疗小儿泄泻,且无不良反应发生。

Objective To observe the effect of chief physician ZHENG Jiayuan＇s self-made Zhixie Yunpi Tang in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods 130 cases of infantile diarrhea were treated by Zhixie Yunpi Tang according to syndrome differentiation,and then observed their clinical efficacy.Results 113 cases were cured,accounting for 86.92%; 15 cases were effective,11.54%; 2 cases ineffective,1.54%; the total efficiency was 98.46%.There were no side effects in the course of treatment.Conclusion Zhixie Yunpi Tang was effective in treatment of infantile diarrhea,no side effects.
