中医综合外治法治疗婴幼儿伤食泻254例临床观察

254 cases of infants with diarrhea of indigestion treated by the comprehensive external treatment of TCM

目的观察推拿、拔罐、艾灸、脐贴综合外治疗法治疗婴幼儿伤食泻的临床疗效。方法将504例伤食泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予常规补液及纠正电解质平衡等对症治疗,并口服思密达;治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上采用推拿、拔罐、艾灸、脐贴综合外治疗法。6 d后统计2组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为98.0%,对照组为88.8%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合外治疗法治疗小儿伤食泻效果显著,且无明显不良反应发生。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects that infants with diarrhea of indigestion were treated by the comprehensive external treatment of TCM,such as massage,cupping,moxibustion and navel stick.Methods 504 cases of infants with diarrhea of indigestion were divided into two groups randomly,infants in the control group were treated by the supplement of fluid replacement and the maintenance of electrolyte balance as well as pills-eating,while infants in treatment group were treated by massage,cupping,moxibustion and navel stick on the basis of the control group therapy.Two groups＇ clinical curative effects and negative reactions were counted after 6 days.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.0%,the control group was 88.8%,there was obvious difference between 2 groups（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The curative effects that infants with diarrhea of indigestion were treaded by the comprehensive external treatment of TCM are obvious and no negative effects.
