靳三针疗法结合康复训练治疗儿童孤独症临床研究

Clinical study of Jin Triple-needle therapy combined with rehabilitation training on childhood autism

目的探讨靳三针疗法结合康复训练治疗儿童孤独症的临床疗效。方法将符合入选标准的85例孤独症患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组25例采用社会功能为主线的综合干预模式设计治疗方案,治疗组60例在对照组治疗方法的基础上采用靳三针针刺治疗。其中治疗组按中医分型又分为心肾亏虚组31例和心脾亏虚组29例。各组治疗时间均控制在每天5 h,每周5 d,持续治疗6月。治疗6月后采用心理教育量表第3版(PEP3)和儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)进行评估,以观察疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗组在认知、语言理解、语言表达分项目及CARS方面疗效显著,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05);在模仿、大肌肉、小肌肉、情感表达、社交互动、非语言行为、语言行为分项目方面,差异均无统计意义(P>0.05)。心肾亏虚组和心脾亏虚组2组在PEP3各分项目及CARS评分上经统计学分析,差异均无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论靳三针疗法结合康复训练对各中医分型儿童孤独症均有治疗作用,尤其是对合并智力障碍的患儿疗效显著。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of Jin Triple-needle therapy combined with rehabilitation training on childhood autism.Methods All the childhood autism patients accorded with the enrolled criterion were randomized into the treatment group and the control group.25 cases of children in the control group were treated by principal line with social function and integrate treatment mode only. 60 cases of children in the treatment group were treated by Jin Triple-needle on the basis of the control group therapy. According to different classification of Chinese medicine,60 cases of children in the treatment group were divided into heart and kidney deficiency（ 31cases） and heart and spleen deficiency（ 29 cases）. The time of treatments for each group was 5 hours per day,5days per week for 6 months. psychoeducational profile- third edition（ PEP3） and childhood autism rating scale（ CARS） were used to evaluate the clinical efficacies of childhood autism patients after treatment.Results The efficacies of cognitive,receptive language,expressive language and CARS in the treatment group were better and presented significant differences than the control group（ P〈0.05）,but the results of visual-motor imitation,gross motor,fine motor,affective expression,social reciprocity,characteristic motor behaviour and characteristic verbal behaviour presented no-significant differences in two groups（ P〉0.05）; There was no significance between the two groups of observation patients in all projects of PEP3 and the score of CARS（ P〉0.05）.Conclusion The Jin Triple-needle therapy combined with rehabilitation training has therapeutical effects on all children with autism typing from Chinese medicine,especially children with complicated inteligence disorder.
