聚焦强军目标 激发血性担当 着力培养敢打必胜的军事人才

Focusing on strong army objective,provoking courage and duty awareness,striving for cultivating valiant invincible military talents

有灵魂、有本事、有血性、有品德是新一代革命军人应具备的品质。首先,分析了血性的内涵、时代性和海军特色;然后,从战争形态变化、长期和平环境、全球化时代的精神迷失等角度,剖析了军人血性培育面临的时代挑战;最后,从军队院校军事人才培养的角度出发,提出由教育、训练、文化三个方面入手,强化使命担当、营造实战氛围、着力文化熏陶,以激发学员的血性担当。

New generation revolutionary soldiers should be loyal, capable, courageous and virtuous. Firstly, this paper illustrates the courage in terms of connotation, contemporaneity and naval characteristics. Secondly, in terms of the change of war forms, a long period of peaceful environment and psyche lost in the con- text of globalization, the challenges of fostering courage are analyzed. Finally, in terms of talents cul- tivation in militarily institutes, the courage of cadets could be provoked by enhancing mission aware- ness, creating actual combat atmosphere and reinforcing culture edification in education and training.
