目的:探讨内皮祖细胞(EPCs)亚群与脑动脉粥样硬化症严重程度的相关性。方法:全脑血管造影受试者64例,无脑动脉狭窄26例为对照组,存在脑动脉狭窄38例为观察组,其中颅外动脉狭窄(EAS)18例,颅内动脉狭窄(IAS)15例,混合狭窄(Mixed-type)5例。运用流式细胞仪行血管EPCs定量分析,观察CD45-/dimCD34+CD309+、CD45-/dimCD133+CD309+与CD45-/dimCD34+CD133+CD309+水平,分析其与脑动脉粥样硬化严重程度的关系。结果:对照组CD34+CD309+,CD133+CD309+与CD34+CD133+CD309+均显著高于观察组的EAS、IAS、Mixed-type(P<0.05);IAS患者CD45-/dimCD133+CD309+明显高于EAS、Mixed-type患者(P<0.05);EPCs水平与脑动脉粥样硬化严重程度存在相关性(P<0.05);EPCs水平与EAS、Mixed-type有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:EPCs亚群与EAS、Mixed-type严重程度可能相关,但与IAS无相关性。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between subtypes of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) and the severity of cerebral atherosclerosis. Methods: A total of 64 patients who had cerebral angiography were enrolled. Out of them, 26 patients without cerebral arterial stenosis were treated as controls and compared with 38 cases with cerebral arterial stenosis (the study group). In the study group, there were 18 cases with extracranial arteriostenosis (EAS), 15 with intracranial arteriostenosis (IAS) and 5 with mixed-type arteriostenosis (Mixed-type). Quantitative analysis of EPCs was performed by flow cytometry, and the correlation between the levels of CD45-/dimCD34+CD309+, CD45-/dimCD133+CD309+and CD45-/dimCD34+CD133+CD309+ and the severity of cerebral atherosclerosis was evaluated. Results: The levels of CD34+CD309+, CD133+CD309+ and CD34+CD133+ CD309+ in the control group were significantly higher than those in the EAS, IAS and Mixed-type groups (P〈 0.05). The level of CD45-/dimCD133+CD309+ was significantly higher in patients with IAS than those in the EAS and Mixed-type groups (P〈0.05). Binary Logistic regression analysis showed a correlation between the level of EPCs and the severity of cerebral atherosclerosis (P〈0.05). Multi-factorial logistic regression analysis showed a correlation between the level of EPCs and Mixed-type and EAS (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The subtypes of EPCs may be closely associated with the severity of Mixed-type and EAS, but not IAS.
