棕榈酸帕利酮长效针剂治疗大学生精神分裂症患者的疗效

Clinical Effect of Long-acting Injectable Paliperidone Palmitate Injection on College Students with Schizophrenia

目的:探讨棕榈酸帕利哌酮长效针剂对大学生精神分裂症患者的疗效和安全性。方法:大学生精神分裂症患者73例,给予注射棕榈酸帕利哌酮针剂治疗。于治疗前后评估大学生患者的阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、临床总体印象-严重程度分量表(CGI-S)、副反应量表(TESS),观察特异性症状的变化。结果:完成治疗62例,治疗后4、8、12、24周的CGI-S评分、PANSS总评分和阳性分量表、阴性分量表评分随着治疗时间的延长而逐渐下降,与治疗前比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者在治疗期间的不良反应较轻,特异性症状均得到明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:棕榈酸帕利哌酮长效针剂治疗大学生精神分裂症使用便利、安全有效,能明显改善大学生精神分裂症患者的特异性症状。

Objective： To discuss the efficacy and safety of long-acting injectable paliperidone palmitate treatment on college students with schizophrenia. Methods： Total 73 patients with schizophrenia were enrolled, and were given long-acting injectable paliperidone palmitate. Before and after treatment, Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and clinical global impression-severity （CGI-S） of patients, treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） were evaluated, and specific symptoms were observed. Results： Sixty-two patients completed treatment. The CGI-S score, PANSS total score and the positive component of the table, negative score table at 4, 8, 12, 24 weeks were decreased gradually, the differences were statistically significant compared with those before treatment （P〈0.05）. Patients had relatively light adverse reactions during the treatment, and the specific symptoms were significantly improved （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Paliperidone palmitate long-acting injection treatment on college students＇ schizophrenia is convenient, safe and effective.
