临床护理路径对首发支气管哮喘患儿的效果及满意度调查

RESEARCH ON THE EFFECT OF CLINICAL NURSING PATHWAY ON CHILDREN WITH FIRST EPISODE OF ASTHMA AND THE SATISFACTION OF FAMILY MEMBERS

目的探讨临床护理路径对首发支气管哮喘患儿治疗效果及家属满意度的调查结果。方法将首发120例支气管哮喘患儿分为对照组60例和观察组60例,对照组行常规护理模式,观察组行临床护理路径模式,比较两组患儿治疗效果及家属满意度有无差异。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.7%明显高于对照组76.7%(P<0.05);平均住院天数、住院费用观察组少于对照组,观察组依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度为96.7%高于对照组78.3%(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径能够提高首次发病的支气管哮喘患儿治疗效果及家属对护理行为满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on children with first episode of bronchial asthma and the satisfaction of family members .Methods 120 cases of bronchial asthma children were divided into two groups ：the control group of 60 cases receiving routine nursing model and the experi‐mental group of 60 cases treated with clinical nursing pathway .Results The total effective rate in the ex‐perimental group was 91 .7% and 76 .7% in the control group （ P〈0 .05） .The average length of hospital stay and hospitalization expenses of the experimental group were less than those in the control group（ P〈0 .05）and the patients’ compliance were better in the experiment group（ P 〈0 .05） .96 .7% of the family members showed satisfaction in the experimental group and 78 .3% in the control group （ P〈0 .05） .Con‐clusion The clinical nursing pathway can improve curative effect and family members’ satisfaction in trea‐ting the first episode of bronchial asthma .
