无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)合并药物与单纯药物治疗双相情感障碍躁狂相临床对照研究

THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF THE COMBINED USE OF DRUG THERAPY AND MODIFIED ELECTROCONVULSIVE THERAPY ON MANIC PHASE OF BIPOLAR DISORDER

目的 探讨双相情感障碍躁狂相患者采取单纯药物治疗与药物合并无抽搐电休克治疗的临床效果。方法 对2013年6月~2015年6月间在临沂市精神卫生中心接受治疗的双相情感障碍躁狂相患者80例进行研究,以随机和自愿为原则分成治疗组与对照组,每组40例,分别采取合并治疗与单纯药物治疗,对比两组的躁狂评分以及复发情况、住院时长、治疗费用。结果 治疗组的躁狂评分在治疗2周、3周时显著低于对照组;治疗组的复发情况、住院时长、治疗费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对双相情感障碍躁狂相患者采取药物合并无抽搐电休克治疗效果显著,适合普及使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combined use of drug therapy and modified electroconvulsive therapy （MECT ） on manic phase of bipolar disorder ,and to compare the results with those got from simple drug therapy .Methods 80 cases of ma‐nic phase of bipolar disorder treated in this hospital from June ,2013 to June ,2015 were randomly and e‐venly divided into the treatment group undergoing the combined therapy and the control group receiving simple drug therapy .The mania scores ,recurrence ,duration of hospitalization and medical expense of the two groups were compared .Results Te mania scores were lower in the treatment group in the 2nd week and 3rd week than those in the control group .There existed significant difference in recurrence ,duration of hospitalization and medical expense between the two groups（ P 〈0 .05） .Conclusion The combined use of drug therapy and MECT can produce good curative effect on manic phase of bipolar disorder .
