断血流片配合缩宫素治疗药物流产后阴道出血临床疗效

THE COMBINED USE OF DUANXUELIU TABLETS AND OXYTOCIN IN TREATING VAGINAL BLEEDING AFTER MEDICAL ABORTION

目的探讨断血流片配合缩宫素治疗药物流产后阴道出血的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月至2015年1月就诊蒙阴县中医院妇科门确诊为宫内早孕并行药物流产见孕囊排出除外药物流产禁忌症者244例,随机分为研究组(128例)和对照组(116例)。研究组128例患者于排出孕囊后肌注缩宫素,10U,2次/d,共5d,同时均服用断血流片6片/次,3次/d,饭后服用,用药期间避免辛辣刺激性食物。对照组116例患者于排出孕囊后只肌注缩宫素,10U,2次/d,共5d。观察两组患者用药后阴道出血量、阴道出血持续时间及流产情况。结果研究组出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),研究组组出血时间比对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),研究组与对照组比较完全流产比例高(P<0.05)。研究组临床疗效明显好于对照组,两组相比较临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论断血流片是治疗流产后阴道出血的理想中成药。断血流片配合缩宫素治疗流产后阴道出血较单一使用缩宫素治疗方法效果好,具有广阔的应用前景,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combined use of duanxueliu tablets and oxyto‐cin on vaginal bleeding after medical abortion .Methods 244 cases of intrauterine pregnancy treated with medical abortion from January ,2014 to January 2015 in this hospital were randomly divided into the re‐search group of 128 cases receiving injection of 10 u of oxytocin ,2 times/day for five days ,as well as du‐anxueliu tablets ,6 tablets/time ,3 times/day ,after meals ,with no intake of acrid food during the medica‐tion ,and the control group of 116 cases receiving injection of 10 u of oxytocin ,2 times/day for five days . Vaginal bleeding amount ,the duration of vaginal bleeding and the incidence of abortion were observed . Results The bleeding amount was significantly less in the research group than that in the control group（ P〈0 .05） ,and the bleeding time was significantly shorter in the research group than that in the control group（ P 〈0 .05） .The abortion rate was higher in the research group than that in the control group（ P 〈0 .05） .The curative effect was much better in the research group than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05） .Conclusion Duanxueliu tablets is an ideal Chinese medicine for the treatment of vaginal bleeding af‐ter abortion . The combined use of duanxueliu tablets and oxytocin cab produce better curative effect than simple use of oxytocin .
