摘要
在校企合作推进现代学徒制人才培养模式改革的过程中,面临"工学一体"的教学条件需求、生均教学成本分摊、教学安排与企业生产运营及学校教育教学管理体制机制的矛盾等一系列问题。解决这些矛盾的关键就是需要一种科学、合理的教学组织运行机制。本文阐述的"专业+分段式组班+身份管理"教学组织机制适合于"现代学徒制+分段组合"的高职人才培养实际。
While schools and enterprises cooperate to boost the reform process of personnel training modes for modern-apprenticeship, they have many problems such as the "teaching conditions demand of work and study integration," the apportionment of average teaching cost per student and contradictions between the teaching arrangement of talent cultivation, the production and operation of enterprises and schools' educational teaching management system and mechanism. The crucial way to solve these contradictions is a scientific and reasonable operation mechanism for teaching organization. The teaching organization mechanism of "major and subsection and the identity management" is suitable for cultivating higher vocational talents of "modern apprenticeship and segmented combination."
