摘要
职校德育课教师承担着特殊的职业使命与职责,其职业精神状态直接影响着学生的成长。本文基于生态系统理论综合、复杂、交互的视角,从微观、中间、外层、宏观等四个由内向外延展的差序系统,分析职校德育课教师职业精神由浅入深培育的四个阶段:职业认知、职业情感、职业意志和职业行为的现状及其影响因素,并在此基础上提出相应的培育路径,以更好地促进职校德育教师职业精神的生成。
The moral education teachers undertake the special mission and responsibility in vocational schools. Their professionalism affects the growth of the students directly. Based on the integrated, complex, interactive perspective of the ecosystem theory, the four stages of the moral education for teachers' professionalism are analyzed from four sequence systems: professional cognition, emotion, career willpower, current situation for professional behavior of the teachers and its influencing factors from the micro system, the middle system, the outside system and the macro system. Based on this, the corresponding path to promote the growth of teachers' professionalism is proposed.
