摘要
依据我国职业教育的历史发展脉络,分四个阶段(职业教育萌芽阶段、兴起阶段、探索发展阶段、调整完善阶段)梳理了我国职业教育政策法规的演变过程,分析了我国职业教育政策法规在每个阶段制定的背景和发展情况,并探讨了政策法规对职业教育发展所产生的作用。
This paper sorts out the evolution process of vocational education policies and regulations through the vein of the historical development of vocational education in China from four stages（the embryonic stage, the rising stage, the explore developing stage and the adjust improving stage）; analyses the background and development situation in each stage of the vocational education policies and regulations formulating;discusses its role in the vocational education development.
