摘要
记述了《中华人民共和国职业教育法》在立法过程中从调研起草到审议通过的简要过程,并从不同视角介绍了该法律对我国职业教育发展产生的历史性价值。
The brief process of the surveying and drafting of the Vocational Education Law of the People＇s Republic of China during the legislation of the law is introduced in this paper. The historical value of the law for the development of the vocational education of the People＇s Republic of China is also introduced from different angles.
