MR磁敏感加权成像及相位校正的多回波Dixon序列在肝硬化中的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨MR磁敏感加权成像(SWI)及相位校正的多回波Dixon序列在诊断肝硬化中的价值。方法分别对17例肝硬化患者及20例正常对照者行磁共振SWI及相位校正的多回波Dixon序列扫描。在SWI幅值图(Mag图)上测量肝实质及椎旁肌肉的信号强度值(分别记为SI肝脏、SI肌肉),并计算对比噪声比CNR。在SWI相位图及相位校正多回波Dixon序列的R2*图上分别测量肝实质的相位值(Pha值)和R2*值。分析肝硬化对以上MR测量参数的影响。结果肝硬化组肝脏的CNR及R2*值明显大于对照组(P<0.05),而Pha值及SI肝脏则相反(P<0.05);但SI肌肉在肝硬化患者和正常对照组间未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 SWI及相位校正多回波Dixon技术对诊断乙肝肝硬化有一定的临床价值。 Objective: To explore the value of MR susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI) and multi-echo GRE Dixon in the diagnosis of hepatic cirrhosis. Methods : Seventeen patients diagnosed with hepatic cirrhosis and 20 healthy controls un- derwent SWI and multi-echo GRE Dixon scanning. The signal intensity of liver parenehyma and paraspinous muscle on SWI magnitude images was measured, and the contrast to noise ratio (CNR) was calculated at the same time. The phase values and R2 * values of liver parenchyma on SWI phase images and R2 * mapping in multi-echo GRE Dixon were measured, re- spectively, the influence of the hepatic cirrhosis on the MR parameters above was analyzed. Results: The CNR and B2 * values of hepatic cirrhosis were higher than those of healthy controls ( P 〈 0. 05 ), whereas the phase values and the signal intensity of liver parenehyma were reverse( P 〈 0. 05 ). there were no differences in other MR parameters between the cir- rhotic group and the control. Conclusion: MR susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI) and multi-echo GRE Dixon have a certain clinical value in the diagnosis of hepatic cirrhosis.
