文拉法辛联合氟西汀对抑郁症患者HAMD评分及认知功能的影响

Influence analysis of venlafaxine combined with fluoxetine for HAMD score and cognitive function of depression patients

目的研究分析文拉法辛联合氟西汀对抑郁症患者HAMD评分及认知功能的影响。方法选择2013年5月至2015年5月在我院接受治疗的抑郁症患者126例,根据随机数字法随机分成文拉法辛组、氟西汀组以及联合组。对比各组患者的疗效、治疗各时间点的HAMD评分、治疗前后的认知功能,以及各组用药后的不良反应。结果联合组的总有效率为97.62%（41/42）,显著高于文拉法辛组的83.33%（35/42）及氟西汀组的80.95%（34/42）,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。联合组治疗1-8周后的HAMD评分均分别显著低于文拉法辛组及氟西汀组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。联合组的WCST总数、持续错误数以及随机错误数均分别低于文拉法辛组及氟西汀组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论文拉法辛与氟西汀联合应用治疗抑郁症患者,具有较好的疗效,且可明显改善患者的HAMD评分以及认知功能。

Objective： To study the effect of venlafaxine combined with fluoxetine on depression score and cognitive function in patients with HAMD. Methods： 126 patients with depression who accepted treatments in our hospital from May, 2013 to May, 2015 were taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into the venlafaxine group, fluoxetine group, and the combination group. Then, the curative effect of the patients in each group, the HAMD score for each time point of patients in each group, the cognitive function before and after treatment of patients in each group and the adverse reactions of each group were compared. Results ： The total effective rate in the combined group was 97. 62% （41/42）, which was significantly higher than that in the venlafaxine group of 83.33% （35/42）, and that in the fluoxetine group of 80. 95% （34/42）, the differences had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In addition, the HAMD scores after the treatment of 1- 8 weeks in the combination group were significantly lower than those of venlafaxine group and fluoxetine group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total number of WCST, persistent error number and number of random errors in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the venlafaxine group and fluoxetine group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The effect of ven- lafaxine combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of patients with depression, is good, which can significantly improve the patient＇s HAMD score and cognitive function, and thus should be promoted.
