687例EICU病房住院死亡病例统计分析

Analysis of 687 death cases in emergency intensive care unit

目的通过对我院2004年1月至2013年12月急诊重症监护病房(EICU)死亡病例进行回顾分析,为临床提供参考经验以及疾病预防依据。方法选择2004年1月至2013年12月于我院EICU治疗的住院患者,详细记录其临床死亡原因、病死率,收集其一般资料(包括性别,年龄等),总结其治疗方法以及疾病转归等情况。结果经统计,10年我院EICU共计死亡人数687人,其中男女比例为1.8∶1。外伤是最主要死亡原因,心脑血管疾病以及呼吸系统疾病次之。结论针对提高外伤的急诊处理和预防准备工作为主,增强心脑血管系统疾病和呼吸系统疾病的临床预防、治疗工作,可以明显降低EICU患者的病死率。

Objective： To review the death cases in emergency intensive care unit （EICU） from January 2004 to De- cember 2013, and summarize experience and evidence from the results for the clinical work. Methods： From January 2004 to December 2013, 6000 cases of EICU were collected. The causes of death and mortality were recorded in detail. The gener- al data were also collected exactly for concluding the therapy and the outcome of disease. According to the result, clinical experience was concluded for the treatment and the prevention. Results： There were totally 687 death cases（ M： F = 1.8： 1 ） in last ten years. Among the causes of death,trauma cases were 32. 3%, cardio-eerebrovascular diseases were 25. 6% and respiratory diseases were 18.8%. Conclusion： Prevention and therapy of trauma, eardio-cerebrovascular disease and re- spiratory disease should be strengthened to decrease the EICU mortality.
