摘要
在两通道并行求和检波对数视频放大器模型的基础上,根据正切灵敏度对射频增益与噪声性能的要求,通过增加前置放大器,并且对前置放大器、功分器以及射频放大器等进行设计与优化,以混合集成电路结构和成熟工艺实现,研制出正切灵敏度达-75d Bm,频率平坦度±0.5d B,动态范围-68d Bm^+5d Bm,对数线性度±1.5d B的8~18GHz宽带检波对数视频放大器。
Based on the model of two-channel parallel-summation detection logarithmic video amplifier, considering that tangential signal sensitivity is related to RF gain and noise performance, by means of adding a pre-amplifier and optimization of the circuitry, a kind of wide-bandwidth detection logarithm video amplifier is developed here, which has the characteristics of tangential signal sensitivity of-75dBm, frequency flamess of ± 0.5dB, dynamic range of- 68dBm±5dBm and logarithm linearity of ± 1.5dB, realized by hybrid integrated circuit and mature technology.
