个人品德教育源于个人全面发展的需要。加强共产党员个人品德教育,有利于党员的全面发展,有利于其坚守政治本色,有利于其筑牢理想信念。鉴于党员个人品德教育存在的诸多问题,构建党员个人品德教育的常态化机制要从四个方面入手:刺激机制、动力机制、矫正机制和固化机制。

Strengthen the individual moral education of Communist Party Members is conducive to the all- round development of Communist Party Members, to guard securely its political qualities, to adhere to its ruling position and to build a strong ideals and beliefs. Facing with many problems existing in the moral education of Communist Party Members, building the normalization mechanism of in- dividual moral education of Communist Party Members should start with the four aspects ： irritation mechanism, dynamic mechanism, correction mechanism and cure mechanism.
