摘要
语义韵是语料库语言学中的一个重要概念,它在一个意义单位中起主导作用,是其不可或缺的构成要素,因此,语义韵的翻译是翻译教学应该重视的问题。由于语义韵往往不易察觉,学生有必要通过语料库对其进行观察和归纳,将语料库所提供的大量关于语言用法的真实数据转化为态度和功能层面的语义韵。教师可以通过示例以及合理的教学法,培养学生利用语料库寻找和归纳语义韵的能力,从而提高翻译质量。
As an important concept in corpus linguistics, semantic prosody dominates in a unit of meaning and is an indispensable el- ement of it. Therefore, the translation of semantic prosody is an issue that deserves attention in teaching translation. Be- cause semantic prosody is often difficult to detect,it is necessary for translators to observe it through corpora, turning the real data about language use provided by corpora into attitudinal and functional prosody. Teachers can use examples and proper pedagogy to enhance students' ability to seek semantic prosody by using corpora, thus improving the quality of their translations.
