摘要
世博发展集团大厦坐落于上海浦东世博园B片区,为一栋地上11层的办公大楼。整个建筑存在平面大开洞,建筑顶部16m大悬挑雨棚之外,为实现建筑师的设计理念,在建筑一角部设置跃层分叉树形式的钢管混凝土斜柱用以承担上方结构,通过Abaqus软件进行了实体建模精细化分析,着重研究了其抗震性能以及稳定性。分析结果表明,跃层分叉树钢管混凝土斜柱能达到中震弹性下的性能目标。整个建筑结构最终较好地实现了建筑师的设计意图,并获得业主的肯定。
Expo development group building, an 11-level high office building, will be located at district B of world expo park, Shanghai Pudong. The large opening areas was designed in every level in this building and a 16m long canopy was required on the top of this building. Besides, so as to fulfill the designing concept of the architect, the bifurcation-tree-shape CFT column was implemented at the comer of this building to support the upper structure. The bifurcation-tree-shape CFT column was subtly analyzed by using Abaqus, focused on its seismic performance and stabilization. The results showed the bifurcation-tree-shape CFT column can meet the set seismic target and behave well. Finally the structural design and innovation of this building won the architect's recognition and the owner's approval.
