摘要
基于WBS-RBS风险识别技术,邀请专家对风险元素进行两两比较打分,根据打分结果建立判断矩阵,对郑州地铁新郑州大学站1号、2号出入口浅埋暗挖施工风险源进行辨识和评价,并提出相应的预控措施和应急预案,目前浅埋暗挖通道已经建成,在预控措施和应急预案的指导下未出现任何施工事故,论文相关研究成果可为郑州地铁后续工程和全国类似工程的设计与施工提供参考。
WBS-RBS risk identification technology is adopted, experts are invited to give two - two comparison scores based on some standard,judgment matrix is founded based on the scores, the identification and evaluation of the risk sources are determined for the shallow buried excavation construction of 1 aand 24 access passages in New Zhengzhou University Station, and precontrol measures and emergence plans are provided for these risk recourses. The 1st and 2nd access passages are already finished, and no accidents took place guided by the precontrol measures and emergence plans. The results of this paper would give some suggestions to the designation and construction of similar projects in Zhengzhou and other cities in the whole country.
