摘要
海外EPC电站项目投标工作涉及商务、技术、税务、法律、保险、采购等多方面的知识,电力建设企业更加重视投标过程中的投标风险管控。如何能在项目投标阶段对风险进行有效管控,制定合理的投标策略,形成企业投标的核心竞争力,并提高投标项目中标率,是每个企业都要思考的重点问题。海外电站项目一旦中标进入项目实施阶段,投标阶段考虑到的各种风险因素就有可能变成现实。所以,海外电站项目投标阶段的风险不应仅考虑项目投标工作本身,而更要重视应对项目中标之后实施过程中各种可能的风险。
Overseas EPC power plant project bidding work are complicated, involved in the knowledge of business, technology, taxation, law, insurance, procurement, etc .And enterprises are paying more and more attention to the bidding risk control during the bidding phase. How to effectively control bidding risk, choose the reasonable bidding strategy, and form the core competitiveness of the enterprises during the bidding phase, are the important issues which every enterprise should consider seriously; Once the project enters into the implementation stage, the various risk factors considered during bidding stage are likely to become reality, so the risk consideration during bidding phase should not only care about the project bidding work itself, but more importantly consider various possible risks during the implementation stage.
