机器人技术和产业的发展已成为世界各国抢占新制高点的又一新兴领域,很多发达国家都已将发展机器人上升为国家战略。欧洲各国在欧盟委员会的组织和推动下,也采取了非常积极的战略举措,其机器人研发呈现出自身的特点和优势,值得我国借鉴和学习。

Recently, robotics has become an emerging field in which many countries compete for a new commanding height. And most developed countries have formulated country strategies of robotics. In such context, under the organization and pro- motion of European Commission, European countries also take active action to develop robotics which presents its own fea- tures and advantages and is worthy of reference.
