摘要
①目的观察熊果酸对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响。②方法构建2型糖尿病大鼠模型,将成模大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、熊果酸低剂量组、熊果酸中剂量组、熊果酸高剂量组和二甲双胍组,各组用相应药物灌胃给药6周。分别于给药0、2、4、6周测定各组大鼠空腹血糖(FPG)和随机血糖(RBG)。③结果熊果酸高、中剂量组对2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖有明显降低作用与模型对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);熊果酸高剂量组对2型糖尿病大鼠随机血糖较模型对照组有明显降低作用(P<0.01)。④结论熊果酸对2型糖尿病大鼠随机血糖和空腹血糖均有明显降低作用。
Objective To observe the effect of ursolic acid on blood glucose in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods The type 2 diabetes rats model were randomly divided into control group, model group,low dose of ursolic acid,middle dose of ursolic acid,high dose of ursolic acid and metformin group.The cor- responding drugs were given to each group for 6 weeks. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and random blood glucose (RBG) were tested in each group by 0,2,4 and 6weeks.Results Both high and middle dose of ursolic acid had significantly effect in reducing fasting plasma glucose in type 2 diabetic rats( P 〈0.01) ;High dose of ursolie acid had significantly effect in reducing random blood glucose in type 2 diabetic rats( P 〈0.01).Conclusion Ursolic acid can significantly lower the RBG and FPG of type 2diabetic rats.
