摘要
①目的探讨患者血清8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)水平的变化及其与糖尿病神经源性膀胱(DNB)两者之间的关系。②方法选取2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者60例,根据是否合并DNB分为两组,其中DNB组30例(观察1组)、单纯糖尿病组30例(观察2组),另选30例健康体检者作为对照组(NC组)。使用酶联免疫吸附方法检测所有受试对象血清8-iso-PGF2α水平以及采用全自动生化分析仪测定各项生化指标。③结果观察1组、观察2组和NC组血清8-iso-PGF2α水平分别为(47.79±25.34)、(35.18±12.75)、(27.95±11.59)pg/mL。观察1组的8-iso-PGF2α较观察2组和NC组均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);8-iso-PGF2α水平与糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)均呈显著正相关(r=0.43、0.51、0.33,P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析显示病程、HbA1c以及8-isoPGF2α是DNB的危险因素。④结论氧化应激可能参与了DNB的发病机制,血清8-iso-PGF2α有可能作为预测DNB进展的标志物,但仍需要大量临床研究进一步证实。
Objective To explore changes of serum 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α in patients and its rela- tionship with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 60 T2DM were divided into the dia- betic neurogenic bladder group (observation group 1, n = 30) and simple diabetic group (observation group 2 ,n =30).Another 30 alternative healthy subjects as the control group (NC group,n =30).Using the ELISA method to detected all subjects serum 8-iso-PGF2α levels and using automatic biochemical analyzer to determined biochemical indicators.Results Observation group 1,observation group 2 and NC group serum 8-iso-PGF2α levels were(47.79 ± 25.34), (35.18 ±12.75), (27.95 ±11.59 ) pg/mL. The levels of serum 8 iso-PGF2α in the observation group 1 were significantly increased than observation group 2 and NC group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05) ;Serum 8-iso-PGF2α levels was positively correlated with HbAlc,TC and TG(r=0.43,0.51,0.33, P 〈0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that duration, HbA1 c and 8-iso-PGF2α were independent risk factors for DNB.Conclu- sion Oxidative stress may be involved in the pathogenesis of DNB,serum 8-iso-PGF2α may be used as a marker to predict DNB progress,but still requires a lot of clinical studies further confirmed.
