我国图书情报硕士专业学位教育质量保障体系研究

Research on the Quality Guarantee System of Master of Library and Information Studies Degree Education in China

教育质量保障体系的建设是确保教育事业健康发展的重要前提。由于建立时间较短,我国图书情报硕士专业学位质量保障体系还存在着一些缺陷。其中,外部质量监管机制不健全,主要表现为外部质量监督主体单一、评价标准导向性差、与职业资格认证缺乏对接。内部质量保证作用不强,表现在专业定位不当、入学门槛过低、培养模式陈旧。针对上述问题,提出了搭建图书情报硕士专业学位教育内源性质量保障新体系的构想,并从健全外部质量监督体系和强化内部质量保证两个方面提出了建设性对策。

The construction of education quality guarantee system is the important premise to ensure the development ofthe education enterprise. Due to the short settling time, there are still some defects in the quality assurance system of Mas-ter of Library and Information Studies. Among them, the external quality supervision mechanism is not sound, such as sin-gle subject of supervision, evaluation standard of poor guidance and lack of docking occupational qualification authentica-tion. And internal quality assurance function is not strong, characterized by improper professional positioning, low entrancethreshold and old training mode. To solve the above problem and ensure the development of the education enterprise, webuilt a new endogenous quality assurance system of Master of Library and Information Studies, which is the combination ofinternal and external quality assurance system. At last, some constructive countermeasures to improve the external qualitysupervision system and intensify the internal quality assurance are put forward.
