吸入用糖皮质激素剂量安全性评价

Safety assessment to dosage of inhaled corticosteroids and related case analysis

目的探讨吸入用糖皮质激素(ICS)剂量等效性及安全性评价。方法分析吸入用糖皮质激素安全性及其等效剂量,并以1例咳嗽变异型哮喘患者使用吸入用糖皮质激素过量的病例加以验证分析。结果布地奈德雾化吸入500μg等效于布地奈德干粉吸入160μg,等效于丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂100μg。结论应关注临床吸入用糖皮质激素的使用剂量,避免药物过量导致药物不良反应的发生。

Objective To explore dose equivalence and safety evaluation of inhaled corticosteroids（ ICS）. Methods Analyze the dose equivalence and safety evaluation of inhaled corticosteroids,proved by one case of cough variant asthma（ CVA） using over dosage of ICS. Results Budesonide nebule 500 μg is equal to budesonide DPI 160 μg,fluticasone propionate aerosol 100 μg. Conclusion We should pay attention to the dosage of ICS in clinical,and avoid adverse drug reactions related to over dosage of ICS.
