中药联合艾灸治疗慢性肾小球肾炎102例疗效观察

Clinical effect in 102 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis by traditional chinese medicine combined with moxibustion treatment

①目的观察当归芍药散合黄芪薏苡仁汤加减联合艾灸治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。②方法将204例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各102例。对照组采用西医常规方法治疗。观察组在对照组基础上口服中药联合艾灸。两组均治疗8周。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后24小时尿蛋白定量、肾功能等的变化情况。③结果观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后24小时尿蛋白定量、肾功能等指标均降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低程度明显优于对照组。④结论当归芍药散合黄芪薏苡仁汤加减联合艾灸治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional chinese medicine（TCM）com-bined with moxibustion on the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods A total of 204 pa-tients with chronic glomerular nephritis were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 102 patients.The control group took western medicine treatment method.The treatment group based on the control group took on TCM combined with moxibustion.The patients both two groups were given eight weeks treatment,To observed the clinical effect and the urinary protein and renal function be-fore and after the treatment.Results The total efficiency in the treatment group was better than the control group（P 〈0.05）,the 24 hour urinary protein quantitative indexes and renal function after treatment in the two groups were decreased（P 〈0.05）,and the treatment group decreased signifi-cantly better than the control group.Conclusion TMC combined with moxibustion have significantly curative effect in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.
