摘要 [目的]针对畜牧业对猪心电信号实时连续监测的需求,研制出一种穿戴式猪用心电监测系统。[方法]基于心电传感器BMD101及无线射频模块CC2430研制了一款适合猪躯体结构特点的穿戴式猪用心电监测系统。系统中的心电监测传感器节点采用So C芯片CC2430作为控制器,CC2430通过UART串行接口与BMD101通信,节点将采集到的心电数据实时发送到网关节点,网关节点转发心电数据到服务器。服务器端采用Mallat快速分解与重构算法对心电信号进行滤波,降低各类噪声对心电信号的干扰。基于滤波后的心电信号,服务器端可计算获得猪的心率(HR)值。[结果]研制的系统在猪场实地测试结果表明:系统能够自动、快速采集和传输猪的心电信号,根据测试试验采集的猪心电信号计算得到猪的心率也介于已有文献研究提出的健康猪心率范围。[结论]研制出一种穿戴式猪用心电监测系统,对猪的科学化饲养提供心电技术支撑。 [Objectives]According to the breeding industry demand for pig heart electrical signal real-time and continuous monitoring,a wearable monitoring system for pig was designed. [Methods]Wearable electrocardiogram( ECG) monitoring system based on ECG sensor BMD101 and wireless radio frequency CC2430 was dereloped,which is suitable for pig body structure. The ECG monitoring sensor node uses So C chip CC2430 as controller,CC2430 communicates with BMD101 through the serial interface UART,the node sends the collected real-time ECG data to the gateway node,and gateway node transmits the ECG data to the server.The server uses the Mallat fast decomposition and reconstruction algorithm to filter the ECG signal and reduce the interference of most kinds of noise. After filtering the ECG signal,through the ECG signal the server can calculate the heart rate( HR) of pig. [Results]System was tested in farm field,and the ECG data were compared with the professional ECG measurement instrument. The result showed the system can conduct automatic,fast acquisition and transmission of pig ECG signal. Using the ECG data,system can calculate pig heart rate,and according to literature the heart rate results were also in the range of healthy pig heart rate. [Conclusions]A wearable pig ECG monitoring system is proposed,which provides the technological support for scientific breeding for pig.
