摘要
石化企业停检期间排放的高浓度废水是对污水厂造成冲击的主要原因之一。某污水厂采用A/O-高密池工艺处理石化检修废水,通过工艺运行控制提高系统的抗冲击能力。运行结果表明:当进水COD、石油类、SS、总磷浓度分别为(210~7050)、(15.1~661.8)、(30~675)、(0.186~49.050)mg/L时,出水浓度分别为(14.0~49.5)、(0.1~2.5)、(12~20)和(0.008~0.450)mg/L;出水挥发酚、硫化物、氨氮、总氮的浓度分别为(0.005~0.101)、(0.002~0.136)、(0.051~4.130)、(0.695~12.600)mg/L。出水水质达到了辽宁省《污水综合排放标准》(DB21/1627-2008)的要求。
High concentrated wastewater discharged by petrochemical enterprises during maintenance periods is one of the main reasons for the impact on WWTP. A/O - Densadeg process was applied in a WWTP, and the impact resistance was improved through process control. The results showed that when influent concentrations of COD, petroleum, SS and TP were 210 to 7 050 mg/L, 15.1 to 661.8 mg/L, 30 to 675 mg/L and 0. 186 to 49. 050 mg/L, the effluent concentrations of COD, petroleum, SS and TP were 14.0 to 49.5 mg/L, 0.1 to 2.5 mg/L, 12 to 20 mg/L and 0. 008 to 0. 450 rag/L, respectively. The effluent concentrations of volatile phenol, sulfide, ammonia nitrogen and TN were 0. 005 to 0. 101 mg/L, 0. 002 to 0. 136 rag/L, 0. 051 to 4. 130 mg/L and 0. 695 to 12. 600 mg/L, respectively. The effluent quality could meet the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of Liaoning Province (DB 21/1627 - 2008).
