摘要
新生代农民工流动性大,对职业锚的甄别,有利于他们选择适合的行业,获得更高的工资收入。通过实地访谈和问卷调查,得出哈尔滨市三个行业527位新生代农民工的职业锚型;发现同一行业工资收入与职业锚型的匹配规律和不同行业同一锚型拥有者的认知、期望和工资收入差异。提出新生代农民工职业锚与行业工资收入匹配表,为政府就业引导和公共服务工作提供参考指标。
New migrant workers mobility, screening of career anchor, for them to choose for the industry, higher wages. Through interviews and questionnaire survey, it is concluded that 527 new generation of migrant workers'career anchor type in three industry in Harbin; the same industry wage income and career anchor type matching rules and different sectors of the same anchor type owners found that the cognitive, expectations, and the difference in wage earnings; to explain the catering industry difficult to recruit. The new migrant workers career anchor and industry wage income matching table as a reference parameter for government public employment service work is proposed in this paper.
