Efficacy of interventional embolization for middle cerebral artery aneurysms

摘要 目的总结介入栓塞治疗大脑中动脉动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析行介入栓塞治疗的大脑中动脉动脉瘤患者35例的临床资料。结果 35例中支架辅助栓塞12例,球囊辅助栓塞1例,单纯弹簧圈栓塞22例。其中,32例(91.4%)完全栓塞,3例(8.6%)弹簧圈未能致密填塞。结论血管内介入栓塞治疗大脑中动脉动脉瘤具有微创、安全和效果可靠的优点;采用球囊和支架辅助技术可以提高大脑中动脉动脉瘤的栓塞效果。 Objective To summarize the efficacy of interventional embolization for middle cerebral artery aneurysms. Methods The data of 35 patients with middle cerebral artery aneurysms treated with interventional embolization were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of 35 cases, stent- assisted embolization was performed in 12 cases, balloon-assisted embolization in 1 case, and simple coil embolization in 22 cases. A complete embolization was obtained in 32 cases(91.4%). Three cases (8.6%) failed to tight packing. Conclusion Endovascular embolization is a minimally invasive, safe and effective method for the treatment of middle cerebral artery aneurysms. Balloon-assisted and stentassisted techniques can improve the efficacy of embolization in the treatment of middle cerebral artery aneurysms.
