早期自然流产胎盘组织中人微小病毒B19的表达及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的应用组织学、免疫组化和巢式聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)对早期自然流产胎盘绒毛组织进行人微小病毒(Human parvovirus B19,简称B19)检测,探讨B19感染与早期自然流产的关系。方法采用常规HE染色、免疫组织化学和巢式PCR技术检测98例早期自然流产胎盘绒毛组织B19的表达情况。结果 98例早期自然流产胎盘绒毛组织中,常规HE染色发现4例绒毛血管中个别有核红细胞的细胞核内出现特征性B19病毒包涵体,免疫组化有6例B19 VP1/VP2蛋白表达阳性,巢式PCR分析有8例出现B19 DNA阳性条带。结果显示98例自然流产胎盘绒毛组织中共有8例检出B19病毒,总检出率为8.2%(8/98)。结论早期自然流产胎盘绒毛组织中的B19检出率较低,B19感染可能是只是导致早期自然流产的原因之一。
