摘要
目的探讨孕早期绒毛染色体分析在稽留流产查因中的应用。方法常规人工流产手术清宫中无菌收集130例稽留流产绒毛组织,采用培养法对其进行染色体分析。结果在130例标本中制片成功105例,占80.77%。发现染色体异常21例,占20.00%,其中常染色体三体10例,占9.52%,性染色体单体1例,占0.95%,多倍体4例,占3.81%,结构异常6例,占5.71%。结论染色体异常是稽留流产的重要原因。早期绒毛染色体检测对稽留流产查因,为临床遗传咨询及优生指导有重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the application of villi chromosome detection in reason discussion of missed abortion. Methods A total of 130 cases of villous tissue specimens were collected during routine currettage of induced abortion, cuhure method was used to conduct chromosome analysis. Results Among 130 cases, 105 cases were suceessfill in slice preparation, accounting for 80. 77% , 21 cases were diagnosed as chromosomal abnormalities, accounting for 20.00%, including ten cases (9.52%) with autosomal trisomy, one case (0. 95% ) with sex chromosome monosome, four cases (3.81%) with polyploidy, and six cases (5.71%) with structural abnormalities. Conclusion Chromosomal abnormalities are important causes of missed abortion. Early detection of missed abortion villi chromosome has important clinical significance in finding the causes of missed abortion, clinical genetic counseling, and prenatal guidance.
