点式偏振光治疗仪联合脊椎减压系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of point type polarized light therapy instrument combined with spinal decompression system in treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的研究点式偏振光联合脊椎减压系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效与优点。方法选取40例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为研究组(20例)和对照组(20例)。研究组采用点式偏振光治疗仪配合脊椎减压系统治疗,对照组单用脊椎减压系统治疗。观察两组临床疗效、疼痛VAS评分及不良反应。结果研究组和对照组在治疗后的1、2、4周及第3个月的VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组治疗后1、2、4周及第3个月的VAS评分降低更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率达95.00%,明显高于对照组的90.00%(P<0.01)。结论以点式直线偏振光为主结合减压系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症,具有见效快、效果显著等优点。

Objective To observe the effects and advantage of spot type polarized light on patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods Thirty-four cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into study group （18 cases） and control group （16 cases）. The study group received the treatment of point type polarized light therapy instrument combined with spinal decompression system, the control group was given spinal decompression system. The clinical efficacy, pain VAS score and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed. Results VAS score of the two groups after treatment for 1 weeks, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 3 months was significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）; compared with the control group, 1 weeks, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 3 months VAS score in the study group decreased obviously than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 90% （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The point type linear polarized light combined with the decompression system in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has better effect than the single decompression system treatment, which has the advantages of quick effect, obvious effect, etc.
