摘要
目的探讨呼吸衰竭患者临床应用无创呼吸机的护理。方法选取2014年3月至2016年2月我院收治的50例呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,回顾性分析临床资料,将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者进行无创呼吸机护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的呼吸频率、心率、PaO_2等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对呼吸衰竭患者使用无创呼吸机护理,疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate clinical nursing experience of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of respiratory failure patients. Methods Fifty cases of respiratory failure patients in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2016 were selected, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group was treated with non-invasive ventilator nursing intervention. The care effect was compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈O.05）. Respiratory rate, heart rate, PaO2 in observation group were obviously better （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Non-invasive ventilator care in the treatment of respiratory failure patients can ensure the treatment effect and promote the patient recovery, which is worthy of promotion.
