耳穴埋豆联合穴位贴敷治疗腹部手术后疼痛的护理效果分析

Analysis of nursing effect of auricular beans combined with acupoint sticking therapy on postoperation pain of abdominal surgery

目的评价耳穴埋豆联合穴位贴敷在治疗腹部手术后疼痛中的镇痛效果,为临床腹部手术后疼痛的治疗提供依据。方法选取我院腹腔镜下外科腹部术后疼痛的患者作为研究对象,外一科45例为观察组,外二科45例为对照组;对照组采用常规护理,疼痛难忍时加用盐酸布桂嗪或盐酸哌替啶,观察组采用耳穴埋豆联合穴位贴敷配合个性化护理治疗,对比分析两组疗效。结果观察组和对照组在干预前及术后6h NRS评分比较差异不显著(P>0.05);术后12 h、24 h及72 h观察组NRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋豆联合穴位贴敷在治疗腹部手术后疼痛中具有较好效果,值得临床借鉴应用。

Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect of auricular beans combined with acupoint application in the treatment of abdominal postoperative pain, and provide the basis for clinical abdominal surgery. Methods Selected postoperative abdominal pain patients in our hospital from July 2015 to May 2016 as the research object, 45 cases of surgical division lwas belonged to the observation group, 45 patients of urgical division 2 was in the control group. The control group received routine nursing care, and took bucinnazine hydrochloride or pethidine hydrochloride when the patients felt pain, the observation group adopted auricular beans acupoint application with personalized nursing treatment, the effect of two groups were compared in this study. Results The NRS score had no significant difference between two groups before intervention and 6 h after operation （P〉0.05）, and the NRS score had a significant difference between two groups at 12, 24 h and 72 h after operation （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Implementation of auricular beans combined with acupoint application has better effect in the treatment of postoperative abdominal pain, which is worthy of clinical application.
